The owner of these apartments contacted us as he was unable to sell the large unit due to its dimensions. We recommended that he divide the unit into 3 apartments and we also increased the size of the units due to the high ceilings making additional living space on the attic . By doing this we were able to realise 3 apartments of a fairly large size, two of which have a terrace. Two of these apartments have been completed and already resold. The third is in its realisation phase.
This resulted in being the largest of the three. It was in the central position overlooking the Corte Tagliapietra it was possible to realise a small internal mezzanine two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a light living space. The new owner chose important finishings foe the bathrooms and the kitchen . The staircase from the mezzanine was also studued in the minimum detail to allow the maximum functionality and charm.
