We oversaw the transformation of a former office into a small residential gem, navigating both the delicate administrative procedures and the challenges of managing a construction site in such a complex context as Venice. The project enhanced the unique features of the ground floor, highlighting the privileged views over a characteristic Venetian canal and a lush garden.
Special attention was given to the creation of a spa bathroom: a comfort and wellness area carved out of a space that was originally narrow and difficult to access. Together with the client, we also introduced playful furnishing solutions, inspired by the iconic Monkey Lamps, to give the bedroom an original and lighthearted atmosphere.
