The apartment originally was a large single unit. The client was using it as a second home and they did not need all the space. It was proposed to divide the unit and to recuperate a large area under the roof that had been used as an attic storeroom. Thus it allowed us to proceed with an important structural redistribution and restructuration . The second unit that was created was sold after deducting the expenses with a with a notable profit .
This second unit, that was consequently sold maintained its original features despite there being a complete redistribution of the space to make it Independent . Two new bathrooms and bedrooms were created. The old stairs connecting with the existing attic were restored as well as the old fireplace in the master bedroom.
