Despite the division this apartment remained with the original owners. The interventions were consistent and permitted the reuse of a large space under the roof , was made habitable and was connected to the rest of the unit with a modern staircase constructed of wood and glass. This became the hub from which the distribution of the rest of the apartment was designed.
No expense was spared regarding the finishings. The bathrooms were finished with mosaics in gold and iridescent ceramics with Venetian flooring and wood. The stairs as previously mentioned in in iron and glass along with siding doors.
